For these issues, the biggest provider Is the National Health Service. (NHS). Each Nation within the UK has its own NHS.
www.nhs.uk - On the Home Page, at the top where it says NHS Choices, Your health, Your choices, to the right, on that line there is search window. Type in Mental health services. It will give you a menu of choices. Select the one that applies to you.
www.helpforheroes.org.uk - On the Home Page, Click on “Get Support,” and go from there. It’s very easy to navigate. I can only commend the organisation. They do a brilliant job.The founders of HelpforHeroes are Bryn and Emma Parry. On a personal note, although we’ve never met, I’ve had a long conversation with Bryn, and he and Emma have a strong tie to Australia, having been posted to the Land Warfare Centre at Canungra on the Gold Coast Hinterland.

The website is very easy to navigate, On the Home Page, Get Support has a button at the bottom. Click on it and it will take you to a menu. Click on the topic which best suits you, then contact them.
www.ptsdresolution.org - A very comprehensive service. At the bottom of the home Page is a set of Navigation topics. Go through this to find the link that applies to you. Click on “Other Charities” to see the network of associated charities. It’s quite unique.
www.britishlegion.org.uk - Provide a comprehensive range of support and health
services for both currently serving men and women, and their families, and for veterans and their families. The website is very easy to navigate. On the Home Page, the main menu is on the left. There approximately 2500 branches across the UK, and they are listed under “Branches on the Home page. Any of these can give you access to support services.
